RETURN & REFUND POLICY

Keykeys are committed to quality products and gaining your highest satisfaction.

We welcome feedback, both positive and negative as this will help us provide a better service and product in the future. If we are not aware of a problem we cannot rectify it.

Our policy lasts 30 days. If 30 days have gone by since your purchase and you haven’t got your order yet, we will make a 100% full refund.

Our refund and replacement policy are eligible only for incorrect and or defective item(s). We cannot accept any claims if it is a result of item type or model that was mistakenly chosen by purchaser.

Exchanges

The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.

Defective/Damaged Products

Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately at officialkeykeys@gmail.com if the item is defective, or damaged or if you receive the wrong item so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

Please also include pictures of the defective item, the specific area where it was defective, and proof of order delivery.

Order Cancellation

If you do not want to receive your order for any reason after purchase, please let us know between 24 to 48 hours. If your order has not yet been processed, we can cancel it and issue a full refund to your original form of payment.

Refunds

We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 12 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
